Hi, I'm Iris
I’m the cofounder of a design consultancy based in Shenzhen, China. We offer UX research & design services to clients from various industries, including education, retail, travel, finance, and manufacturing. For more information, please visit my recent projects.
Before starting my own company, I was a senior strategic designer at BCG, and a senior experience designer at ThoughtWorks.
My education was from the Master of Human-Computer Interaction (MHCI) program at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), and the Bachelor of Business Administration program at University of Southern California (USC).
I’m passionate about design education and community-building. I currently consult for the leading design education platform in China, Zhiqun. And I have translated five UX-related books from English to Chinese, including Design for How People Think, The Customer-Driven Playbook and more.
I draw inspirations from extensive reading, travelling and meeting new people. I sketch to record my encounters and to express my ideas. I also love dark chocolate and black coffee.
